OSJCT 3‑for‑2 Respite Offer Terms and Conditions
- This offer is available at selected OSJCT care homes only.
- To qualify, respite stays must be booked and paid for in full by 30 June 2026. OSJCT reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any participating home at any time and without prior notice.
- All bookings are subject to the availability of a suitable bedroom at your chosen home on the dates requested. If your preferred dates are fixed and no rooms are available, we will recommend an alternative OSJCT home.
- The offer applies only to privately funded residents paying the full respite fee for a minimum of two consecutive weeks.
- Stays may begin on any day of the week, subject to prior agreement with the home manager.
- The offer provides a third consecutive week of respite care free of charge when two consecutive paid weeks are booked. All three weeks must run back‑to‑back.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
- The offer must be mentioned at the time of booking. All bookings are subject to a care assessment and availability at the chosen home.
- This offer is available only to customers whose care needs we are able to meet. Our care home team will discuss these needs with you before a booking is confirmed.
- All respite stays require a pre-admission assessment. Fees may vary depending on individual care requirements.
- All aspects of this offer are subject to availability.
- Residents taking up this offer are required to enter into our standard respite resident contract, which will be provided prior to admission. All other terms and conditions of that contract remain in full force.
