Supported living
We provide tailored support for adults with a learning disability to live as independently as possible in shared housing, private flats or community-based homes. Whether someone needs 24/7 on-site support or occasional check-ins, we adapt our care to suit individual needs and lifestyles.
Working closely with individuals and their families, we create person-centred care plans that reflect personal goals, preferences and routines. This flexible approach promotes independence, choice and confidence ensuring each person receives the right support, at the right time, in the way that works best for them.
